Last updated: May 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Freeman, including the mobile app, browser extension, AI assistant, content blocker features, and related backend services.

Recovery support, not medical care

Freeman is a self-help and habit recovery tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you need urgent mental health support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

AI assistant limitations

The AI assistant is designed only for recovery support related to pornography/sexual-content addiction, urges, relapse reflection, routines, and accountability. AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the app.

Content blocker limitations

The content blocker and browser extension are protective tools, not guarantees. No blocker can catch every website, app, phrase, image, DNS path, private browsing mode, browser, network configuration, or future bypass method. You are responsible for device settings, permissions, and supervision decisions.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Backend services, AI providers, browser stores, Firebase, Google Play, Resend, or network conditions may affect availability.

Freeman is provided "as is" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect filtering, guaranteed recovery outcomes, or error-free AI responses. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Freeman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
